This painting is a reflection of the average middle-aged woman's life, her reluctant lies and avoidance of her miseries - hiding her true feelings with a smile on her face because she is expected to perform her duties even if she is not well.

This painting was selected for the exhibition named Us Women, happened in EMK Center. From 350 other artworks total 28 artworks had been selected for the exhibition and this one is one of them. This exhibition was happened under U.S. Embassy supervision.
